Our veal quality assurance (VQA) committee, funded in part through the National Beef Checkoff, works to ensure superior standards of animal husbandry through our own certification program. In addition, the veal issues management (VIM) committee collaborates with experts to educate consumers about the individual care veal calves receive on small family farms.
